Crunchy spring rolls.

I’m a lover of spring rolls all types. Cold version or hot, they are all my favorite food. But, how about a nice hot and crunchy spring rolls but yet healthy. This is a Vietnamese dish is perfect for your football streaming days. Surprise your friends and family with this appetizer. And it can be the perfect dinner meal for your family. Every bite is full of vitamins and proteins. The vegetables and meat inside it makes it very yummy and light. You have the option to fry it, bake it or airfry it. To have this crunchiness, try to use the spring rolls sheets from your Asian store if you know one, or google it to see the stores in your area. Shredding the vegetables, let them cook very fast, in this recipe you don’t have to cook the vegetables prior fraying them. 


Ingredients:
. 2 pounds ground chicken.
. 4 shredded carrots.
. 1/2 shredded cabbage.
. 1/2 chopped onion.
. 2 cups of soaked noodle rice.
. 3 garlic cloves 
. Fresh ginger.
. 1 egg.
. Parsley.
. Soy sauce.
. Salt.. pepper 
. Oil for frying.
. Spring rolls sheets.
, water.
. Flour.

How to make it: 



1- Combine everything. 
2- mix water and flour to form a paste So you can seal the rolls. 



3- form a cigar shape. 

4- fry in a medium to high heat until golden both sides. 

Enjoy it with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
