CCC Soup
Chicken Curcuma Chickpeas Soup
Hearty, healthy and full of flavor. This soup Is easy and quick to make, it requires few ingredients that’s we all have in our kitchen.
The Curcuma spice, is a super food which we don’t know exactly how to include it in our recipes. However, the CCC soup is a yummy way to enjoy the curcuma and get advantage of its miracle benefits.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp rice
Cup 1/2 chickpeas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound chicken
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp curcuma or turmeric
1 tbsp aged butter
Bunch of parsley
3 cups water
How to make it:
In a medium pot
. Stir the onion into the butter until getting gold color
. Add chicken an stir fry
. Add spices And water
. After it starts boiling add the chickpeas and rice
. After 40 minutes the soup should be done then add the aged butter and the parsley
Leave it for 5 min more and serve while hot.
