Cheesy nachos shrimp and jalapeño dinner.

For happy and yummy entertainment night, I suggest this pan sheet of cheesy nachos with shrimp jalapeño and béchamel sauce  This is so cheesy, creamy, crunchy and chili like we all love. We know the baked nachos with salsa and we like it, but when I tried this recipe it changed all my conception of having a real meal based on nachos. This recipe is good for four people, it's really consistent because of the bechamel sauce in it Béchamel sauce and the cheese. I use a regular nachos and i prefer to use different kind of cheeses to enhance the flavors, I use one type of cheese that melt easily like mozzarella or provolone and another flavored cheese such as Parmesan, the sharp cheddar is envisaged here too.

Yields: 1 half pan sheet
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pack nachos original
  2. 1 pound peeled shrimp (if raw cook them before baking) for me here i used the breaded shrimp that I baked before adding them to the recipe.
  3. 2 cups bechamel sauce Béchamel sauce 2 tbsp butter+ 2 tbsp flour+ 2 cups milk + salt pepper.
  4. 2 cups shredded cheese for example pizza blend
  5. 1 sliced jalapeños

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 F
  2. Prepare the bechamel sauce as indicated in the link above
  3. Cook the shrimp and set a side
  4. In a half sheet pan pour the nachos, add the bechamel sauce, the shrimp, the jalapeño slices and sprinkle the cheese, bake for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
