Shrimp WonTon

Shrimp wontons wrappers are Similar to dumplings or Japanese gyoza but here they are stuffed with shrimp, vegetables and Asian flavors, there is several ways to make them as well as for the stuffing or the way you cook them. The stuffing can be shrimp or ground meat, with  vegetables or just mushrooms, the fun thing about the wontons is you can steam, fry of stir fry them. With a sauce or boiling them in a rich soup,
Today I decided to make my wonton wrappers stuffed with shrimp and vegetables. I will stir fry them to have the crunchiness and then glaze them with a flavory sauce.
This recipe doesn’t takes long time to make. it’s a perfect dinner to enjoy when you crave for something different and yet healthy, because stir frying doesn’t need lots of oil. I make this dumplings for my kids and even don’t notice that it’s ful of vegetables and good spices, a way to trick them,
